The Float Boston Reset Protocol

If you followed my 30-Day Float Challenge you know that I love transparency. I am not one of those fake influencers who will wait until a protocol or challenge is over, then post everything retroactively. That’s fake, and it doesn’t do anyone any good.
I prefer to post things as they happen, even if the results could be slightly embarrassing, especially since I’ll have to show my fat giggles.
The video on the right is a sped up version of just the Cryotherapy portion of the protocol, and no, you won’t be doing it to yourself this was just the easiest way for me to record it. This program includes cryotherapy, lymphatic drainage and lifestyle changes.
I did the lite version of the reset protocol in June of 2025 (just Body Sculpting, no floating or lifestyle changes) and I lost roughly 9% of my body weight and my waistline went from 43″ to 38″.
So truth be told, I am not sure how much I will lose this time, but *jiggles fat* I still do have some pounds to lose. The best part is, the weight never came back from the last round.
Just like with the 30-Day Float Challenge I will follow this exact program, track my metrics, post them as they happen (not afterwards when I know the results), talk about how it feels, and give the full before and after’s. Full transparency, no gimmicks, no tricks, just me trying to lose my stubborn body fat.
what makes this work
The 4 Pillars of the Reset Protocol.
Cryotherapy
Cryotherapy freeze the fat cells which makes them susceptible to being flushed through your lymphatic system. Throughout the week your body will convert white fat (storage) into brown fat (burns for energy).
Power Plate
The power place forces your body to quickly contract and release your muscles which not only builds muscle faster, but also burns more calories then traditional workouts, and drains your lymphatic system.
Floating
The stress hormone cortisol tells your body to store fat, that's why so many people can work out, eat right and still have a gut. Floating reduces that, and also helps your mental and physical recovery time.
Lifestyle Changes
We will give you an easy to follow 6 week program that reduces calories, increases calorie burn. which when combined with cryotherapy, power plate and floating makes permanent changes to your metabolic system.
The Protocol
During your reset we have some rules, and for a lot of you this won’t be easy. However, we designed this program with that in mind and we gradually increased the difficulty to minimize your discomfort.
Generally you will see gradual results as the weeks come and go, and week 4 or 5 is where you’ll start seeing the biggest changes, so don’t panic if you’re on week 2 and not seeing the results you want.
Remember; if this was easy, everyone would do it.
When you’re in our Reset Protocol there are a few things that you should adhere to which will drastically improve your results.
- Protein at every meal: Protein helps stave off hunger and preserves muscle while losing fat. Try boiled eggs, cottage cheese, tuna, tofu or lentils.
- No liquid calories: Beer, wine, lattes and soda all not only add unnecessary calories but also hurt your metabolism. Try black coffee, tea, water, and even diet soda.
- Increase your daily step count by 20%: if you can, track your step count for the previous month, then try to add 20% to it during this protocol.
- Daily Movement Routine: Add 30 squats, push-ups (assisted is absolutely fine), and lunges in the morning and at night.
- Meal Timing: Try to eat your last meal 3-4 hours before bed. Late night snacks and meals don’t digest as well which can lead to a bloated stomach.

Every week you’ll make minor changes to your diet, exercise, and lifestyle which maximizes not only your weight loss, but your bodies ability to keep it off once you’re finished. During your 6 week protocol, feel free to drop in anytime and use the power plate.
We include fasting with our protocol. If you cannot fast replace the fasting portion with a small protein only meal like boiled eggs, tuna, lentils, or tofu. You can also replace it with a veggie centric juice or smoothie.

This program is not easy. It will test a lot of resolve and willpower. If it were easy, everyone would do it and everyone would benefit. But, most people who do this and follow the program will lose 4″-6″ from their waistline and up to 15% of their body weight by the end of week 6.
I have done just our basic body contouring on a lot of clients and almost all of them lost a significant amount of body fat, weight and inches. I also did the basic program on myself in the summer of 2025 and lost 9% of my body weight and 5″ from my waist. So I know it works.
With that said, I am so sure of this protocol that if by the end of week 4 you have not seen the changes you desire, I will refund you the last 2 weeks in the protocol ($399) with the only fine print being you need to have your body sculpting and power plate sessions 5-10 days apart. I do this because if you cheat, you’re only cheating yourself and your new body.

Once I start this program I’ll post before’s and afters here. As I finish this I am still at the tail end of my 30-Day float challenge and do not want to skew the results by starting this now.
