Last One Floating
Submissions close May 1
Three competitors. Three tanks. One winner. How long can you last?
What is Last One Floating?
On June 4, 2026, three competitors will each climb into a private float tank at Float Boston and stay as long as they can — no phones, no music, no distractions. Just them and the silence.
The last person floating wins. Simple as that.
This is a 100% free public competition open to anyone willing to submit a 30-second entry video. We’ll select three finalists on May 18.
The Rules
Read these carefully before you enter.
One bathroom break allowed every 2 hours. That’s it. Use them wisely.
No phones, watches, or any devices inside the room. You’re in there with your thoughts.
Tanks will be silent. No ambient sound, no playlists. Total sensory rest.
All three tanks start at 95–95.5°F. Same conditions for everyone.
All finalists must sign a safety and media release waiver before competing.
The competition ends at 7pm regardless. If all three make it, the last one out wins.
The Prizes
Three competitors. Three prizes. The longer you last, the better.
Float twice a month, every month, for an entire year. Value: $780+
Float once a month, every month, for an entire year. Value: $390+
Three floats to use whenever you want. Value: $225
