Join Float Boston

We’re looking for someone calm, reliable, and detail-oriented to help run daily operations. This is a hands-on role in a peaceful environment — but it is still real work. Apply below or email mark@floatboston.com.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet and check in clients
  • Guide first-time floaters
  • Reset rooms between sessions
  • Assist with bookings & sales

Schedule & Pay

  • $20/hour to start
  • Commissions & Free Floats
  • 10-20 hours per week
  • 7am-12pm / 12pm-5pm

Who This Fits

  • Calm, grounded personality
  • Detail-oriented
  • Works well independently
  • Enjoys helping people

Cleaning & Facility Upkeep

  • Laundry: wash, dry, fold, organize
  • Reset rooms quickly and thoroughly
  • Floors, bathrooms, showers
  • Windows, baseboards, surfaces

This is not a “light cleaning” role — cleanliness is a major part of the job.

Ideal Candidate

  • Takes initiative without needing close oversight
  • Handles tasks proactively
  • High standard for cleanliness
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Brings calm, steady energy
If you prefer highly structured roles with constant direction, this likely isn’t the right fit.
