You have a private room with a large tank of skin-temperature water and about a thousand pounds of Epsom salt. The salt makes you float without any effort. Lights and music are yours to control, and the door stays unlatched the whole time.
- 60 minutes in the water, private room, private shower

Contrast therapy
Hot and cold, back to back. You move between our sauna and the cold plunge on a simple rotation, with time to rest in between. It is a straightforward routine and easy to follow the first time.

Read this before you buy
- Credits expire 14 days after purchase. Your visit has to happen inside those 14 days. Check the schedule first and make sure there is a slot that works for you.
- Book within the 14 days or the price does not hold. If the date you pick falls outside the window, the discount will not apply at checkout and you will be charged the regular rate.
- Limit 3 per person. Across the whole sale, in any combination.
- No refunds and no exchanges. Unused credits are not refunded, extended, or transferred after they expire.

Most people booking this sale have not. We give you a short walkthrough when you arrive, and you control the lights, the music, and the door the entire time.
What do I need to bring?
For a float, nothing — towels, earplugs, and shower supplies are here. For contrast therapy, bring a swimsuit.
Can I share my session with someone?
The $39 session is for one person. If you want to come with someone, buy the $79 couples float — two people, two private tanks, at the same time.
What if I can't find a time in the next 14 days?
Then hold off on buying. Credits expire at day 14 and we cannot extend them. Look at the schedule first, pick your slot, and buy once you know it works.
