The Haven sits at the center of Float Boston — a quiet, intentional space with salt lamps, ambient sound, and the tools to help your body and mind fully decompress. Whether you're here to float or just need a place to reset, you're welcome in The Haven.
The meditation area is free and open to anyone during business hours. The massage chair runs in 20-minute sessions. The Power Plate is available to Reset Protocol clients and members throughout their program.
