We walk you through everything. No rush. No pressure. You'll have a private room with everything you need.
Quick Shower
A short rinse before your float. Takes about 10 minutes and prepares your body for the water.
Float for 60 Minutes
Lights, music, door position — all your choice. The water does everything. You just let go.
Rinse & Recover
Shower off the salt, take your time. Most people walk out feeling lighter than they have in months.
